She’s helping victims one case at a time

Victims of crime have a new ally.
Shelly Escobedo became Webster County’s new victim and witness coordinator just over a month ago and has been striving to help the community ever since.
“I’m here to make the victims aware of their rights,” she said.
Escobedo said she had worked in case management for a referral service for several years, but wanted to be the Webster County attorney’s office new victim and witness coordinator because it presented a new challenge for her skills.
