Hromatka is First Fed executive vp
Thomas J. Hromatka has been promoted to executive vice president by First Federal Savings Bank of Iowa. He is responsible for administering and coordinating the activities of the retail banking division and other bank production areas. Hromatka joined the bank in December 2008 as senior vice president of retail banking. He works out of First Federal’s West Des Moines office. He and wife Jo live in Urbandale. Hromatka has 30 years of community bank management experience with the last 20 years in executive management positions where he directed and oversaw growth and expansion of the institutions.
