get rid of the career politicians and then we can have our country back. For those of you who voted for Steve King, you are going to get exactly what you deserve, wise up.

MZ: King had a REAL career in construction and agribusiness before entering politics, more than can be said for now-millionaire Sen. Harkin, who's been on the federal payroll his entire life, or now-millionaire President Obama of community organization (agitation) and "I vote present" fame. People in glass houses...

That 'community organizer' sure can organize a campaign. Makes me smile when ever I hear that 'community organizer' quip. He was also president of the Harvard Law Review and a College Professor. Maybe that's why he was elected. Maybe he really is a smart man and does care about people. Think for yourself. He won. He won by a majority.

Yeah, Barleycorn, according to Michael Beschloss, Obama's "'probably the smartest guy ever to become president.' Really? Other than demonstrate a remarkably focused talent for self-promotion, what has he ever DONE? Even as a legendary thinker, what original thought has [Obama] ever expressed in his entire life." (Thank Mark Steyn for that.) And as I recall, even as HLR editor, Obama himself never wrote a single article, perhaps because he was not then ready to denounce our Constitution for lacking "positive" rights as he did as an adjunct prof, i.e. endless "rights" to every form of welfare regardless of one's ability and application thereof.

Wonder whatever happened to downgrade Jefferson, about whom JFK said to his WH gathering of American Nobel Laureates that they probably constituted greatest assemblage of talent and human knowledge ever assembled there with the possible exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone?
