Less then 30% signed this petition to increase their taxes. So we will*****over 70% of the proprty owners off so a few rich owners get they lawns raked. I don't think a tax should be imposed unless you have at least a 50% vote on it by the effected people. What kind of law allows for this to happen. I'll almost bet the ones that came up with this will be on the board to decided how the money is spent. This sounds like something a car salesman would come uip with.

Hopefully the Council rejects this low represented petition. This tax increase will be passed along to the consumer in one way or another.
