OK, here's one for you. I've reported a known alcoholic for driving on expired plates for at least 2 years now, all to no avail. When I ask about ticketing the vehicle, I'm told it would be a $5 ticket because the vehicle is parked. How do you think the vehicle got there in the first place, magic? Or are they going to wait until this person hits and injures (or worse) someone, then say "oh, somebody should have reported him?" And bank watch making FD safer will ONLY work if people have the stones to come forward with any information.

I thought it was aginst the law to rob a bank. This shows you what laws do. NOTHING. The criminal will do as he/she pleases.
