Revocations drop in Second Judicial District

Really don't want to be a naysayer because of way Robin Albee says this is being accomplished, but a certain Mr. Crawford on parole after a dometic abuse conviction who isn't revoked for violation of no contact order does come to mind. While reducing revocations thru better coordination of service and supports is commendable, I would think public safety thru appropriate revocations should still trump reluctance to return the offender to prison!
