Believe me, FSI is not Harvard; neither is speaking from experience pontification. I posted my CV, topdown; if you would you do the same we could all credit the extent not just of your knowledge but, more importantly, your EXPERIENCE when you comment on issues. As for that 844-page monstrosity pending in the Senate, a Harvard juris doctorate may well be required of anyone trying to implement it let alone trying to defend in court the actions of State and ICE personnel taken in accordance with its provisions. A lawyers' employment act, indeed! But, then, who else WROTE it?

Whether you like it or not Anderson has a lifetime of experience and knowledge in his field of work. What is wrong with him giving his opinion? Instead of talking to him of your opinions, you berate him.Its just not right.

Sorry Trooper, but this George you speak of, would this be the real name of "Anderson"? Sorry for my ignorance, but if I really knew who Anderson was, maybe I could be more impressed with his "Knowledge".

Let's just say George's pontification is the act of speaking out for the purpose of hearing onself speak. Posturing...speaking to people that don't really care what you say one way or another since you're speaking solely to front yourself as "someone who knows it all". Any written communication that is generally pointless except to cast favorable light upon the author as if the message were a pronouncement from on high. Usually full of $#@*.

Wow, Anderson. You are really full of yourself, aren't you? Everytime I read one of your responses, wheather you are right on or way off your rocker, you speak like you are really trying hard to impress us all with your Harvard-esque degree.

It took a three-month Foreign Service Institute course to learn my responsibilities for issuance of immigrant and visitor visas and expatriation of US citizens under the 17-page immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. That was followed by two years' harassment by American immigration and and naturalization lawyers as well as the very Senators and Congressmen who wrote the Act as they incessantly challenged my and my colleagues' decisions under the Act as they responded to some client or constituent. AN 844-PAGE LAW is an Immigration and Naturalization Lawyers' employment act, by design judicially unenforceable in most respects except as it negates an illegal act to create legal status for those who in the past (and future) entered the US illegally or remained beyond the terms of their temporary visa. In terms of implementation and enforceability the proposed 844-page law is Obamacare and Dodd-Frank Acts redux, as King understands perfectly.

King opposes, King opposes, King opposes. Same story, different day.

Oh, and King has introduced legislation limiting the number of button hooks one can own.

So sad that this is the best we can do for our representation.
