So let's have the police dept spend their time harassing innocent citizens cause they have been parked in one place too long, or heaven forbid they parked in their front yard. After all they don't have any crime to fight or anything.

Why are these idiots so concerned about parking in front yards or on the street? If you have time to complain about how long a vehicle is parked,or about someone parking in their front yard, you really have no life. You are really uppity and probably spend a great deal of time looking for something to complain about, and you probably wonder why nobody likes you.
