Erin Rial has been hired by Fort Dodge Transmission as a service consultant who heads the full-service repair area of the shop.
Rial's responsibility is to be the liason between customers and technicians. She is also responsible for scheduling appointments and telling customers about necessary repairs, care and costs involved with the work.
Rial has nine years of experience in the automotive area. She was previously parts manager and co-owner and service manager for a repair shop.
A Fort Dodge native, she returned to the area in 1998.
