HUMBOLDT — Emily Heideman and Dana Westphal, both of Humboldt, are engaged.
Parents of the couple are Mike and Colleen Wabeke, of Albert City; Lynn and Nancy Heideman, of Spencer; Rita Wessels, of Badger; and the late Ben Westphal.
An April 30 wedding is planned.
Heideman is a 1999 graduate of Albert City-Truesdale High School. She is a nurse at Humboldt County Memorial Hospital.
Westphal is a 2002 graduate of Fort Dodge Senior High and Iowa Central Community College emergency services.
