The sixth annual “Swing for a Cure” golf tournament, sponsored by Brandt, Nielsen and Associates, was held on June 17 at the Fort Dodge Country Club. Proceeds from the tournament will go to the Trinity Regional Medical Center Diabetes Center. These funds will help to sponsor newly diagnosed youth with diabetes to attend diabetes camp in Boone, provide education to staff on the latest treatment techniques, as well as provide communitywide diabetes prevention programs.
