Maid of honor was Karlee Frein, sister of the bride, Fort Dodge. Best man was Brad Shedek, brother of the groom, of Omaha, Neb.
Bridesmaids were Jamie Novak, Dubuque; Christy Vitzthum, Humboldt; Lisa Jorgensen, Denver, Colo; and Catherine Fox, Chicago, Ill.
Groomsmen were Dan Shedek, brother of the groom, Cedar Rapids; Jordan Frein, brother of the bride, Iowa City; Justin Drew, Chicago, Ill., and Tony Neidert, of West Des Moines.
Flower girls were Kylan Juhl and Avery Hegtvedt, both of Garner.
The bride received her master’s degree of nursing from the University of Iowa. She works as an advanced registered nurse practitioner at UI Quick Care clinics in Iowa City.
The groom is a graduate of the University of Iowa and Des Moines University. He works as an emergency room physician at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids.
The couple lives in North Liberty.
