Norwegian supper set for Nov. 10

BADGER - Members of the Badger Lutheran Church will hold the annual Norwegian supper from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Nov. 10 in the Fellowship Hall of the Badger Lutheran Church.

The dinner will be served family style, all you can eat. The menu consists of lutefisk, potato lefse, boiled potatoes and melted butter, meatballs and gravy, green beans, cranberries, flotbrod, brown bread, gumme, fruit soup, spritz, rosettes, kringla, krumkake and coffee. Take-out and delivery service are available.

Tickets for adults are $20; children 6 to 12 are $10; and children 5 and younger eat free. Advanced tickets are being sold at Wicker Jewelry, Fort Dodge; Knutzon's Gifts, Eagle Grove; Sheree's Hallmark and K.C. Nielsen John Deere, Humboldt; and the Badger Lutheran Church office. Information is available at the church office at 545-3350.

Commemorative cookbooks and lefse by the dozen will be for sale the night of the supper.
