To the editor:
Many thanks to the cast of Fort Dodge Senior High students for reviving memories of our 1953 presentation. There was so much interest by our junior class that two teachers chose two separate casts who performed on two separate nights in November. What a commitment on their part. In that era, they did not feel it was appropriate to express excitement in the words of Farie "Hannibal, feel my heart" changed to "Hannibal, feel my pulse." How times have changed. The cast was so professional: not even a snicker when one of the props lost a leg. (We didn't think that was planned.) Thanks again for a wonderful evening. We even remembered many of our lines.
