A change of venue hearing for a former Fort Dodge police officer accused of sexually abusing a woman has been postponed.
According to a spokesperson with the Second Judicial District, Judge Michael Moon, who is overseeing the case, was not in on Tuesday, when the hearing was supposed to be held at 10 a.m.
