Jim Seward. a licensed mental health counselor and National Certified Counselor, joined Youth Shelter Care of North Central Iowa as the new executive director.
Seward has a master of science degree in counseling education and pursuing his doctorate in counseling psychology. He has more than 20 years experience in a variety of human service fields.
