The regular business meeting will begin at 6 p.m.
The council is expected to act on a proposed 2 percent raise for management and non-union employees, effective Jan. 1.
Council members will also act on the promotion of police Patrol Officer Dan Charlson to sergeant. They will also formally receive Mayor Matt Bemrich's veto of a payment for crosswalk work on Fifth Avenue South.
