Webster County Motor Vehicle Department will no longer be closed on Wednesdays. According to Jan Messerly, Webster County treasurer's office, it will now be open on Wednesdays starting Jan. 4. Its public hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
