An Entrepreneur Expo will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. Jan. 24 at the Iowa Central Community College Bioscience and Health Science Building.
This free, public event will provide information about insurance, banking, accounting, work force training and much more.
More than 20 local representatives will be available to share their expertise and answer questions.
Those who register and attend are eligible for door prizes.
The event is sponsored by MIDAS, Frontier Communications, Iowa Central Community College, Iowa Small Business Development Centers, City of Fort Dodge Business Affairs and Community Growth and the Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance.

There are three scheduled sessions.
The first session, from 3 to 3:45 features local start-up stories with presenters from Real Deals, Garden Winery and Rich Woods.
The second session on social media marketing with a presentation by Frontier Communications, will run from 4 to 4:45 p.m.,
The final session, from 5 to 5:45 p.m., will be presented by the North Central Iowa Small Business Development Center.
