Marlee Walker, daughter of Sean and Annette Walker of Fort Dodge, has been selected as a finalist for Iowa's 32nd annual Homecoming Queen Selection, to be held March 11 at the West Des Moines Sheraton. She is the Prairie Valley High School homecoming queen.
Walker will also be competing for Iowa's favorite homecoming queen. Votes for this contest can be made at www.americashomecomingqueen.com.
If selected as the 2012 Iowa Homecoming Queen, Walker will receive a cash scholarship plus a trip to the National Finals to compete for America's Homecoming Queen.
America's Homecoming Queen is a nonprofit organization promoting education, educational travel, and community service in all 50 states.
