I would like to thank the Public Works Streets Department and Denis Vinchattle for fixing my mailbox. During the last snowstorm a plow accidentally knocked it over and I called the city to see if they could help me repair it so I could receive mail again. Within a few hours Denis had repaired my mailbox and by the time I got home it looked good as new.
How wonderful that they took responsibility for the accident and quickly fixed it without any questions asked. We are very fortunate to have a top-notch Street Department in Fort Dodge where Character Counts.
