An Eagle Grove man has been arrested in Webster County on charges of forgery and identity theft.
Hipolito R. Castro, 32, is accused of using someone else's identification card, as well as using false documents.
At his initial appearance in Webster County Magistrate Court Thursday, Castro was ordered held on $10,000 bond. Magistrate Bruce Cornell scheduled Castro's preliminary hearing for April 5.
