Kelli Bloomquist, coordinator for the Homeland Security Training Center at Iowa Central Community College, has co-authored three curriculums which have been approved and certified by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security,
Bloomquist worked with two nationally recognized subject matter experts to author the courses Mass Fatality Planning and Response for Rural Communities, Mass Fatality Planning and Response for Rural Morticians and Funeral Directors, and CBRNE Rural Response Threat Protocol.
