HUMBOLDT - Ralph L. Bowen, 75, of Humboldt, passed away May 5, 2012 at the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames, Iowa. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Humboldt. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Humboldt. Military honors will be performed by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5240 and American Legion Post 119. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt.
Ralph is survived by his son, Russell (Liessa) Bowen of Chapel Hill, NC; daughters, Jodi (Todd) Punke of Wausau, WI, and Audrey Upah of Ames; 5 grandchildren; and his sister, Betty Hood of Humboldt. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Beverly; infant son, Albert; and sister, Lila Sandusky.
