WEBSTER CITY - St. Edmond's Eddie Doyle fired an 80 to place sixth at the Lynx Invitational on Tuesday.
The Gaels finished sixth overall with a team score of 363.
Clear Lake captured the meet title with a 323 behind medalist Luke Monson's 76.
South Hamilton was second, followed by Humboldt, Ballard, Forest City, St. Edmond and host Webster City.
Along with Monson, Dane Waldron shot a 77 for the Lions.
Leading the Hawks were Trevor Ullestad, who shot a 77, and Braxton Risetter, who also fired a 77.

Michael Faiferlick shot an 89 for the Gaels, while Derrick Ressler carded a 95 and Cal Coleman had a 99.
Humboldt's Jaxon Heinz and Colton Schnetzer each fired 84s to pace the Wildcats. Christian Birdsell added an 87 and Landon Schnetzer carded a 91.
Webster City's Logan Yates led the Lynx with an 85, followed by Brandon Carlson, John Ferrell and Jake Daniels, who all shot 96s.
The Gaels return to action on Friday when they compete in a Class 2A sectional meet at Carroll.
