Michael Erritt, director of reefer/van operations for Decker Truck Line Inc., Fort Dodge, completed a four-session leadership class hosted by the Iowa Motor Truck Association.
Erritt has participated in various sessions held at the IMTA headquarters led by presenters from the IMTA membership. Session topics included strengthening communication skills, business writing styles, identifying participants' personal leadership styles and the art of leadership.
