Paula Ann Thompson, 56, of Fort Dodge passed away Sunday, June 23, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.
Funeral services will be Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 10:30 AM at Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home. A visitation will be Wednesday, June 27, 2012 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
