MANOR, Texas - Lonnie Derrig, 56, died at his home in Manor, TX on June 28, 2012.
He was born in Fort Dodge on March 20, 1956. He is survived by three children: Ashley Derrig of Bastrop, TX; Jason Derrig of Austin, TX; Curtis Derrig of Fort Dodge; two granddaughters, Skylar and Taylor, of Austin, TX; his father Dean Derrig, of Otho; mother, Donna Brasfield, and husband Bo, of Thorndale, TX; sisters Candi Coughlon, of Georgetown, TX; and Lisa Phillips, of Buda, TX; three brothers, Jon Adams, of Winchester, TX; Dolor (Larry) Adams of Leander, TX; and Stephen Brown, of Granbury, TX.
Lonnie grew up in the Clare area and attended schools in the Gilmore City Area. He was the owner of Affordable Spa's for many years in the Manor area. He was an avid lover of Barbeque and loved cooking for family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends who loved him.
