Weather permitting, beginning Monday, the Traffic Safety Department will be lane striping the streets in the following areas:
First Avenue South from 25th Street to 32nd Street;
Streets around Crossroads Mall;
Fifth Avenue South from Eighth Street east to Webster County Road P59;
15th Street from Fifth Avenue South north to Webster County Road D14 (170th Street);
The painting will take place from midnight to 8 a.m. It is anticipated this work will last until Friday. During this time, motorists and pedestrians are asked to be aware of the delineators and signs noting the wet paint areas and to try to avoid driving on the wet paint.
