GOWRIE — Bret Steck and Krystal Rasmussen, both of Gowrie, were married April 28, at Zion Lutheran Church, in Gowrie.
Parents of the couple are Dan and Cheryl Rasmussen, Harcourt, and Mark and Valerie Steck, of Harcourt.
Maid of honor was Maria Baker, Slater, Mo. Best man was Aaron Steck, Gowrie, brother of the groom.
Bridesmaids were Jenny Lichty, Hudson; Jess Sukraw, Webster City; Jen Hofmeister, Ackley; and Heather Watts, Dayton, sister of the groom.
Groomsmen were Jake Doolittle, Harcourt; Zach Sukraw, Webster City; Derrek Rasmussen, Harcourt, brother of the bride; and Tyler Rasmussen, Harcourt, brother of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is a substitute teacher at various area schools.
The groom is a graduate of Southeast Webster High School and is a grain laborer at Farmers Co-op, in Farnhamville.
