Talaysia M. Culver, 2, of Fort Dodge, passed away on Friday August 17, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 22nd at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Nancy De Vries, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Survivors include her parents, Keli and Joe Culver of Fort Dodge; brother, Jabek Dunbar of Fort Dodge; and grandparents, Jackie and Brent Newton of Fort Dodge.

She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Lois and Charles Krivachek; great-great grandparents, Grandpa and Grandma Moody; and her Aunt, Joe's infant sister; and all of her friends at St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN.
Talaysia Marie Culver was born on April 29, 2010 in Fort Dodge. She touched so many lives with her smiles, charm, kisses, and hugs. She loved watching Frosty the Snowman, video games, acting like a puppy, and eating her favorite food hotdogs. She will be forever missed by all who knew her.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
