SOMERS — Doris Moeller, of Somers, will celebrate her 80th birthday with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Somers Community Center.

Doris Ross was born Aug. 30, 1932, in Somers and lived in the area all her life.
She and her husband are also celebrating their 62nd wedding anniversary on Sept. 3.
