The Iowa Corn Growers Association Political Action Committee has endorsed U.S. Rep. Steve King, R-Kiron, in the 4th Congressional District election.
"His record is clear and his past support for the long-term policies that affect our farmers is obvious," Mark Recker, the chairman of the committee, said in a written statement.
King faces Democrat Christie Vilsack, of Ames, in the Nov. 6 election. The 4th Congressional District includes Webster County and all of its surrounding counties.
