Jacob Glesne has been charged with homicide by vehicle while operating while intoxicated after a June traffic accident that killed another motorist. According to the Iowa State Patrol, Glesne was driving a motorcycle that struck another motorcycle being driven by Jonathan Spencer, 19, of Fort Dodge. Spencer was killed in the accident.
