HAVELOCK - Robert J. Worthen, infant son of Shannon Worthen and Jessica Roush passed away on Monday, Sept. 17, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, at the Powers Funeral Home in Pocahontas, Iowa.
Visitation will be prior to the services at the Powers Funeral Home in Pocahontas, Iowa.
Other relatives include his grandparents, James and Karen Roush; great-grandparents, Pauline and the late Gary Roush; Denny and Sue Hudek; Suzanne Holt; and the late Robert Worthen and Margaret Worthen.
