CLARE — John R. and Mary Coppinger, of Clare, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday.
They have six children, 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. One daughter is deceased.
The Coppingers have farmed together in the Clare area for more than 50 years. They were married Sept. 22, 1962, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Fort Dodge.
