The Iowa Central women's soccer team continued to be an unstoppable force Saturday.
Improving to 10-0 overall on the season, the 10th-ranked (NJCAA Div. I) Tritons blanked Anoka-Ramsey by an 8-0 final.
Josephine Frigerio paced the Iowa Central offensive charge with three goals, while Kami Paulsen added a pair of scores.
Maggie Rowden (Fort Dodge), Vanessa Barcelleiro and Mariana De Luca each found the back of the net as well for the Tritons, who racked up 41 shots on goal.
De Luca, Barcelleiro and Rachel Avant all notched two assists, and Paulsen had one helper.
"Even though we won again, we really didn't play that well," said ICCC head coach Christiane Lessa. "We'll get things figured out, though, before facing fifth-ranked Iowa Western."
The Tritons, who have outscored their opponents this season 98-5, will host the Reivers (7-1-1) for an ICCAC showdown Tuesday at 4 p.m.
