WEBSTER?CITY - The Hamilton County Sheriff's office is investigating an incident in which a bottle bomb or other pressure device was placed in a mailbox on 180th Street north of Webster City.
Officials with the Sheriff's office warned the public to take care if a pop bottle or any plastic bottle containing liquid is found in a mailbox. If a bottle is found, leave it alone and contact the sheriff's office or local law enforcement.
