All charges against Steve Daniel, the Fort Dodge man accused of making an illegal campaign contribution to former Gov. Chet Culver, were dismissed Thursday.
Webster County Entertainment, the casino group he led, must pay a $100 fine.
Co-defendant Curtis Beason received a deferred judgement.
The court action Thursday ended a case that's been ongoing since 2010.
