POCAHONTAS - John H. Peterson, age 90, of Pocahontas, passed away on Sept. 28, at the Pocahontas Community Hospital in Pocahontas, Iowa.
Funeral services are 10:30 AM, Tuesday, October 2, at Elfsborg Lutheran Church near Pomeroy, with Pastor Mark Galbraith officiating. Burial at Grant Township Cemetery near Pocahontas, Iowa. Visitation from 4-7 PM, Monday, October 1, at the Powers Funeral Home in Pocahontas, IA.
