Scandiafest, a celebration of the Scandinavian heritage of St. Olaf Lutheran Church, will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 3 at the church, 239 N. 11th St. In addition to Scandinavian treats, there will be a country store, crafts, quilts, books and plants. Trash & Treasures will be half-priced from noon to 2 p.m.
