Vivian Lauth, 94, of Fort Dodge, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012 at the Tompkins Memorial Health Center in Fort Dodge. Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at Grace Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge with Pastor Matthew Martens officiating. A private family burial will be in North Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Tuesday at the Gunderson Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Fort Dodge.
Vivian is survived by her husband, Richard "Dick" Lauth and their daughter, Janet (Donald) Hodgeman of Brush Prairie, Washington; two grandchildren, Gregory (Melissa) Hodgeman and Jennifer (Andrew) Ganschow and a great grandson, Lane Hodgeman all of Phoenix, Arizona. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her seven sisters and two brothers.
Vivian Dorothy Anderson, the daughter of Carl and Agda (Hall) Anderson was born April 10, 1918 in Fort Dodge and graduated from Fort Dodge High School in 1936. On November 30, 1939, Vivian married Richard "Dick" Lauth in Fort Dodge. After their marriage the couple made Fort Dodge their home.
Vivian was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and also a member of Tri T.
