Clark Fletcher has been elected as Webster County supervisor in District 5.
Fletcher, a Republican and current District 4 supervisor, received 1,531 votes or 52.72 percent.
Fletcher defeated Democrat Breck Johnson, who received 1,366 votes, or 47.04 percent.
