Representatives from the three Iowa Regents universities, Iowa State University, the University of Iowa and the University of Northern Iowa, will hold a panel discussion at 7 p.m. today at Fort Dodge Senior High.

"College 101: What you Really Need to Know About College Admissions," will address popular myths about college admission, such as:

What is the requirement for foreign language?

When do I need to apply?

Should I take the ACT or SAT and when?

How do I ensure all of my credits will transfer?

The program is open to students and parents from FDSH and other area schools. The college representatives will also hold a discussion with educators from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. today. This program is a joint effort between Prairie Lakes AEA and Fort Dodge Community Schools.
