Stonecroft Women's Connection will hold "From One Old Bag to Another" brunch at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Tea Thyme, 2021 Sixth Ave. S. Cost is $10 inclusive.
This is SWC's annual fundraiser, a silent auction of new or gently used purses with surprises inside. Bring a purse 30 minutes early.
The inspirational speaker will be Candace Twedt from Williams, an administrator who tells how to keep a smile even in uncertain times. She will share her talk, "After the Clouds Comes the Sunshine," and a song.
Reservations are required. The next brunch will be Dec. 18.
