Anna Yung launches a three-point shot for St. Edmond against Bishop Garrigan on Tuesday night. The Gaels won, 52-29.

Chelsi Lanus led Garrigan (1-2, 1-1) with seven, while Aubrie Meyers scored six, grabbed seven rebounds and had four steals.

St. Edmond never really found a rhythm on offense, as the zone defense used by the Golden Bears kept them off balance. Stumpf, however, provided several easy opportunities thanks to her quick hands.

"Jaci really stepped up," SEHS head coach Scott Messerly said. "We had some problems with their zone, but we were able to continually build our lead and remain in control.
