The Fort Dodge wrestling team begins a busy six-day trek as they host the 39th annual Don Miller Invitational here Saturday in the Dodger gym.
The Dodgers will also be chasing down their second invitational title, coming off a victory in Emmetsburg last Saturday.
Joining Fort Dodge in the field will be Webster City, Emmetsburg, Ames, Bondurant-Farrar, Clarinda, Lewis Central, Nevada, Newton, Sioux City East and Storm Lake.
Action begins at 11 a.m. with the finals at approximately 2:30 p.m.
"A lot has changed in this tournament with 11 teams,'' said Fort Dodge head coach Bobby Thompson. "A lot of teams have injuries and the flu bug is going around.''
Sixteen ranked wrestlers will take part in the field, including one number one ranked wrestlers and two second-ranked wrestlers.

The Dodgers enter with three ranked wrestlers in Duke Egli (No. 3 at 170), iley Prescott (No. 7 at 195) and Kyle Johnson (No. 10 at 220).
"We just want to continue moving forward,'' Thompson said. "It's been a long time since we've won the Fort Dodge Invite, so we're looking to make a run toward that.
"I think Webster City is the team to beat. They have a solid lineup with 14 kids. Emmetsburg will be tough as well.''
Emmetsburg will have four ranked wrestlers in top-ranked Andrew Wellik (182), No. 4 Nick Schany (170), No. 4 Austin McCartan (195) and No. 8 Tayler Wegner (220).
Webster City's Dylan Fielder (No. 2 at 182) and Landon Johnson (No. 10 at 285) are also ranked.
"I think 132 pounds will be real solid, as well as 138 and 182,'' Thompson said. "The semifinals and finals should be really good.''
The Dodgers will compete again Monday when they travel to Marshalltown and they'll travel to West Des Moines to face Dowling and Southeast Polk.
