ROLAND - Deneen Hebert Frost 47, formerly of Rockwell City, passed away Friday, December 14, 2012 at her home in Roland, Iowa surrounded by her loving family. She is finally free from pain and suffering after a 25 year battle with cancer. Memorial services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, at the Church of Christ, Rockwell City, with Pastor Owen Englin officiating. Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery, Rockwell City. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
Deneen is survived by her husband Larry; sons, Mark Frost of Surprise, AZ, and Troy (Chrissie) Frost of Kasilof, AK; grandchildren, Anthony Hawk, Lincoln James, and Taylor Elise; her parents, John and Mary Hebert of Rockwell City; brother Dereck Hebert of Milford; grandparents, Bonnie Surratt of Rockwell City, and Harold Olson of Missouri Valley. She is also survived by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mike (Doreen) Frost of Waterloo, Tom (Brenda) Frost of Joplin, Mo, Cheryl (John) Schaefer of Washburn, Deb (Calvin) Hubbard of Cedar Falls, Jeff (Gina) Frost of LaPorte City, and Scott (Peggy) Frost of Gilbertville; aunts and uncles, JoAnn (Pete) Norris of Ozark, Mo, Steve Hebert, Jim (Brenda) Hebert, and Paula Bilek, all of Fort Dodge; along with many nieces and nephews; and finally, her precious four legged babies at home.
