ROLFE - Hazel Westergaard, of Rolfe, passed away on Dec. 16, at the West Bend Care Center.
Memorial services are 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 21, at the Powers Funeral Home, in Rolfe, with Pastor Jerry Schultz officiating.
Visitation is 10 to 11 a.m., Friday, at the Funeral Home. Burial is at Evergreen Cemetery, Emmetsburg.
