Minteer wanted in two counties
ALBION - A man wanted for fleeing from police in Marshall County is also being sought by Webster County.
Ryan Minteer, 33, of Laurel, and his girlfriend, Chelsea Kerr, 22, also of Laurel, allegedly ran from deputies after being pulled over Sunday.
The Times-Republican wrote Kerr was found a short time later at 1215 Newby Ave. in Liscomb, but Minteer couldn't be found.
Kerr was charged with carrying a concealed weapon after a machete was found in her car. She was also charged with failure to yield, speeding, improper brake light, no insurance, open container, possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts.
Minteer has a Webster County warrant for probation violation, which the Times-Republican reported stems from a driving while barred charge.
Kerr's preliminary hearing is set for March 1.
